What is the role of the Old Testament for followers of Jesus? How do the Ten Commandments fit into my life as a believer? How do I know which ancient commands are no longer obligatory and which ones I should obey?

I warn you. The Apostle Paul is radical in his treatment of the religious law. It drew sparks in the first century, and it still does. You may go away disturbed or liberated depending upon your diposition and presuppositions.

Perhaps religious rules are important to you. You are like most people, then. What do you expect the keeping of those rules to accomplish? How do you treat people who violate those rules? Do you find yourself often passing judgment on others based upon your primary religious rules?

The Word of God cuts a clear path through this overgrown garden of regulations and stipulations. You will be relieved to know that Jesus has answered the question, solved the problem,a nd made the way plain for all who follow him.
