Reserving a Room For Your Special Event At FBNO

The members of First Baptist New Orleans are extremely blessed to have such a beautiful facility.  We are very happy for the opportunity to share the use of our facility with many other groups and organizations.

Our facilities include an auditorium, a large room, a medium room, and several small rooms that may be reserved if they are not being used for our regular FBNO activities.  If you would like to reserve a room at FBNO for your meeting or special event, please follow these steps.

  1. To reserve a room, please complete a community event request form and submit it to Diane Villemarette at  or by fax to (504) 482-5650.
  2. Upon receipt of your completed form, we will check the availability of your request.  If the date you are requesting is approved by our staff, we will contact you.
  3. For more information about our fee schedule, contact Diane Villemarette at (504) 482-5775.
  4. A 50% deposit of the fee must be received in order for your event to be added to our calendar. You will then receive a confirmation by email or telephone stating that your event has been placed on the FBNO calendar.
  5. Your remaining balance is due 5 days prior to your event.

Additional Guidelines

  • The FBNO facilities ARE NOT available for use on Saturdays except for a special event such as the wedding of a member of FBNO.
  • The only weddings performed at FBNO at this time are weddings of our members.
  • Any damages incurred to the room or furnishings will be charged to the group using
    the facility.
